NBR: I won a cookoff!

I'm excited! At work, we're raising money for our local ADA, and one of our fundraisers was a Diabetic Cookoff (all diabetic-friendly dishes). I made a caramel apple pecan cheesecake(sweetened with Splenda), and it won! Big Smile

I'm glad that we get the chance to raise money for diabetes. I have diabetic family members on both sides of my family, and my MIL is pre-diabetic. I look forward to the time when they finally cure diabetes for good.
