No sac :(

I went for an U/S this morning and they didn't find a sac. However, they did find a cyst the size of Manhattan. I'm so sad. We were really not ready for another baby and there were moments of complete freak out but now that it's not happening, I'm beside myself. I don't know what this means. The tech said it could have implanted in a tube which is very possible b/c the cyst makes tubes dilate. I'm just waiting for a call from the doctor to find out how to proceed. He said that he couldn't see the tubes so I have no idea how they're supposed to know if it's ectopic.

Yesterday at dinner, Audrey told me that she wanted me to have a baby in my belly. :(
