They are all suppose to help with cervical mucus. I used musinex this past cycle and noticed a lot more watery/stretchy cm which is good. The recommended dosage for musinex and robitussin is 200mg 3 times a day make sure it only contains expectorant anything else could dry you out. The expectorant is used for loosing the mucus in your chest but it works for CM also.
Does ovulation pain occur before or after you actually ovulate.
Some people do not have ovulation pain at all and some experience it only a couple of hours the day they ovulate. I know I usually feel pain on my left side a day or two each cycle and that lets me know I am fixing to O. It really just depends on your body but it usually happens before or during O.

Pineapple core is the actual middle of the pineapple? When are you suppose to start eating this and for how long?
Yes, if you buy a fresh pineapple and chop it up (or use my awesome Williams-Sonoma tool that cuts rings and core separately...) you can get the core. It has a different texture than the fruit, you'll know it when you see it.
The core is the hard center, and is very fiberous. Most say to chop into 5 pieces and eat 1-5 DPO. Others put in a smoothie to help eat (because its fiberous some have troubles eating it straight).

How dangerous is working out while TTC? I stopped working out all together and now one of my favorite pairs of pants don't fit!!! I used to workout every morning but wanted to stop while TTC... but I don't want to blow up!

It shouldn't be dangerous while TTC - however, once you are KU, just check with your doctor and see what he/she recommends. You may need to cut back on certain things.

It's not dangerous at all. In fact, most doctors will tell you to keep up your current level of exercise while TTC and in pregnancy. If you're a marathon runner, you may have to slow down at some point.
(If you're body fat/weight is so low it's causing ammenhorea, you may need to reduce your workouts.)

Its not dangerous, its actually encouraged to be healthy and maintain a good body weight.
Super athletes and Olympic-style workouts can affect ovulation, but most of us don't work out to that extreme.
Bikram yoga, which raises your core body temp (in a 105 degree room) can also affect ovulation.
Keep working out, stay healthy, and you'll be able to do so lightly throughout your pregnancy too.
Some people may choose to alter their workouts during TTC, but it is never dangerous (unless you're jumping off cliffs or something).
If you're unsure about your specific workout routine, ask your doc.

i'm a lurker, and this is a verrrry silly question, but hey, you said Come Out!
i'm not currently charting even though i have in the past, so i know i usually O right in the middle of my cycle. my cycle legnths are usually 29 days. Got EWCM right around mid cycle, when i'd usually O, so DH and I BD every other day aroudn that time. today is 14dpo and AF is due tomorrow. i have no PMS symptoms and i'm dying to test. should i tomorrow AM or just wait it out?

If you leave it on your finger does it dry up within a couple of seconds? If so I would say this is sticky CM.

POM is a brand of 100% pomegranate juice, though some say "pom" on here to be short for pomegranate (and gym thinks it reads like P-O-R-N, hehe).
Can be found at most grocery stores, though is relatively pricey.
Its great for overall health, and is said to aid in thickening your uterine lining (which in turn makes a better implantation enviornment).
A glass or two a day leading up to O, though drinking after O does not harm but may be too late to actually contribute to the lining build-up.
It can occure before, during or after. Or all, or none

Yes, the middle of the pinapple. Divide it into 5 sections and eat 1 a day from 1-5dpo.
I would mark it as wet but put a note that it had a little white almost sticky-ish consistency to it.
