Sushi was not a good choice

I thought I wanted sushi for dinner - well now I have the worst indigestion!!  Don't worry - I only had the cooked rolls!  I had a shrimp tempura, california, and a roll with salmon/cream cheese/onions.  We went to the "all you can eat" sushi place and I way over ordered.  I made DH finish mine because they charge you if you don't clean your plate!!!  He and I are both writhing in pain, lol.
