What didyou do with infant carseats?

We just switched to convertibles. I'm trying to sell their infant carseats (snugrides) on Craigslist for cheap but I haven't had any takers. We don't have anyone to give them to like family or friends. I hate to throw them out. They are kinda big to store until next year when I do a Mom to Mom sale and I'm not sure I could sell them there.

What did you do with your infant carseats if you were done having children?

did you try to reduce the price on craigslist or give them away for free? I definitely wouldn't throw them out. I'm sure someone out there can use them!

We sold ours on CL I think we did $75 for both of them.

Gave it away and then got pregnant again. Give it to Goodwill or Good Samaritan.

I sold ours at our consignment sale for $35 each.

I would try to donate them somewhere that works with low income families or something like that.

selling just the carseat are hard - we sold the whole system. Carseats, stroller and bases for $100 on cl.

My babies aren't here yet but I had a friend take hers back to BRU when they had a trade in sale and they got 20% off a new item. ?

I sold ours on CL. How old are yours though if they've already been through that many kids? If they're expired, I'd toss 'em. If they've got another year or more, I'd sell or donate them.
