"Let down" concerns

Hey ladies, I just had my 2nd baby and am engorged and have been since Friday night (had her Wed).  I am not getting a let down though but am getting the colostrum and foremilk just not hind milk.  Anyone else deal with this?  I have a call into the LC and will be seeing the pedi LC tomorrow anyway for weight check but need suggestions now if possible.  Also, when I pump, I am not getting a let down then either.  Baby is happy, pooping, peeing, and eating every 2 hours but I know she is not satisfied b/c I have to go back and forth between both breasts multiple times at a feeding.  TIA for any advice!  Oh and I nursed DS til he was 15 mths old (been done only 4 mths) so shocked this is happening.
Our kids are 19mths apart and we LOVE it!!
