THANK YOU!!!

It was not as painful as I imagined, and other than crampy on the day it went in (like you guys said) I've noticed no side effects.  I'm feeling good about this decision now that it's over.  I hope I like it down the road!  Sosnowski did the insertion, I told him I was almost as nervous as when he delivered B (but not quite!), and he talked me through the whole thing.  And I was able to teach the rest of the day like I was supposed to with no problems, so that was even better! 

I'm sooo glad to have this board to get answers to things like this!!!

    Oh good! I'm glad to hear things went well. I am going next wednesday for mine and Jackie is doing it. I hope I have the same experience! I am really looking forward to not having to take a pill or have extra estrogen in my system!

    vbmeg- the biggest thing I had to do was force myself to relax.  I think that helped me more than anything...
