Very Vivid Dreams . .

in 1st Trimester

the last two nights . . one was this guy choked me from behind . . and the other . .i was a WWII fighter pilot . . maybe i should stop watching violent shows right before bed.  LOL!

anyone else?

    Yes, every night almost for the last 2 months probably. Not usually violent, but there have been a couple. Usually it involves someone I knew back in elementary school and haven't seen or heard of in 15-20 years.

    ETA: Most of the time, I pseudo wake up during them and can "control" things for some time. That's pretty cool.

    So it goes.

    I'm a worrier, so I have had a dream that I had the baby and was visiting family out of town.  The bad thing was I had nothing for the baby (i.e. bottles, diapers, nothing.)  I felt like I should go stock up on that stuff immediately.

    I've been having very vivid dreams this whole pregnancy, and I can remember all of them very clearly the next day.  They often do have elements of the past few days built in, but are completely effed up.  LOL.

    Oh yeah. Mine are all that I am incredibly late for something, like work or an appointment. They feel so real, I can almost feel the panic in my sleep. I think its part of why my sleep has been for shiit.

    yup! 3 in the last week. 1--weird baby dream...I had to carry my still-developing baby in a basket instead of my uterus, but the cord was still in me and plugged into the baby...strange...2) can't remember anymore but it was strange...some weird job like a parole officer or something....3) vivid sex dream with DH in it and thats all I'm sayin on that one lol.

    I thought that the vivid dreams was just a pregnancy myth...but since I don't usually remember my dreams, I'm starting to wonder  lol!

    And yes....maybe you should stop watching violent shows before bed  lol

    I have been having vivid dream lately.  Last night I had something weird happen to me.  I was just falling asleep and I could swear I heard a baby crying and it woke me up right away and I swear I was about to run to the next room to check to see if there was a baby there LOL!  I guess I should get used to strange baby dreams the next few months.

    Mine have been pretty wild... the funny thing is, when I get up to pee in the middle of the night, I start a whole new whacko dream...  I think I need to start keeping a dreams journal.

    I don't know if this is just an African American old Wives Tale (I got this from my G-ma) but she said when you are pregnant you dream of fish(or someone close to you does OR you dream of people you know that are dead) I didn't believe it until I had the most realistic dream about a friend that drowned. It was so real and I was so happy when I woke up. I was happy because I had a chance to see my friend again and for some reason it was a little hope that I really was pregnant! I know crazy!

    i think that would freak me out. . great to see that person, but i think it would open so many doors . . i once had a dream about my biological mom who died when i was a child and i woke up in tears.

    I have very vivid dreams. I had vivid dreams before I was pregnant but in these dreams I'm always eating. One dream I was on the beach eating a big cheeseburger. Last night I was eating mexican food.
