Taking off clothes and diaper during naptime???

I have not posted anything on here for a long time. I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble with their LO taking off clothing and diapers during nap time. DS will only fall asleep by himself in his crib. But today for the second time in a week, he takes off all his clothes and diaper.. which leads to a huge mess of pee!

Just wondering what ideas have worked with your little one.... I think that I am going to have to invest in duck tape to support the tape tabs for nap time.

    Can you put a onesie on him so that he can't take it off and get to his diaper?  That is the only thing that kept DD from taking her diaper off when she went through this phase.
