Babies: 9 - 12 Months

Should I Be Feeding Her An Entire Jar

of stage 1 baby food?  she could certainly eat it, but i don't want to compromise the amount of formula she gets.

as it stands right now we only feed solids at dinnertime.  she then gets a 6 ounce bottle.  she doesn't eat again until the morning.

WDYT?

  • if she'll eat it all just let her go for it.

  • how many ounces are in a jar? we make our own and when she was 6 months old, she would eat 2 cubes per meal.. each cube is about 1oz.

This. I just asked the pedi this and he said it was fine. He even said if she wanted she can have two of the gerber stage 2 jars but there is no way DD would eat that much. She will eat one stage one though with no problem.

  • I moved Quinn's cereal feedings up so that she gets cereal at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am also feeding her fruits or veggies at each sitting. She gets a bottle at around 2-3 p.m. of 3 oz. of BM. The rest of the time I boobfeed her.
