i've been getting really bad headaches every day

and it's always around this time. they last until i go to bed at night. i've tried everything...and i mean everything. ugh. looks like i'll be making an appt with my dr to see what's going on.

    you mentioned that your back has been hurting, right?

    an adjustment from the chiro might take care of it.

    could it be your eyes? how old are the lenses in your glasses??

    also, whenever I get headaches repeatedly, a trip to the chiropracter always helps. maybe try that.

    could be the glasses. i got a new rx, but i haven't been able to get it filled.

    I used to get headaches all the time. I know how miserable they are Sad

    Mine were tension headaches. I would get regular massages and they got worse at first, then went away completely.

    I hope you figure out what is causing yours.

    How's your upper back? How's your posture?

    I have upper back issues and if I go too long without stretching it out or getting a massage, I get nasty headaches.

    I have the same problem except right now it is most likely pg related.

    Migraine maybe? I've had them since I was 3 and they suck every.single.time. Hope you feel better soon! Oh and I agree about seeing a chiropractor. I work for one and I swear when I have a migraine or headache that the man works magic!!
