Hi everyone, The TTC Prayer Group is a support group utilizing the power of prayer. If you want to join we will assign you a prayer buddy and all you have to do is simply include that person in your prayers. Very simple-yet powerful!!! I am Suzanne, 39 years old, and my DH and I have been trying to have a baby for four years. In 2008, we had undertaken fertility treatments and had four IUIs ? all BFNs. We got our BFP after completing our first IVF cycle. Unfortunately, however, I had a missed miscarriage and a D&C on September 17. We are taking a very long break ? perhaps permanent ? from TTC.

I am Jessica; after TTC with PCOS for almost a year DH and I got pregnant with our ?Christmas Miracle?. At 9w4d we went in for an ultrasound and found out we lost our baby. In August we did our first cycle of IVF which ended up in a BFP!

 For this week, September 21-25, Suzanne will post between 8:00 to 10:00 Eastern time. For next week, September 28-October 2, Jess will post between 11:30 to 12:30 Central Standard time.

Praise:

Borst-Plotz: She was having cramps so she went into to her RE?s office today (9/22) for an ultrasound. All went well, she?s measuring on target at 5w6d and they saw a flicker of the heartbeat!! However, the heartbeat isn?t measurable yet.

KyleneD:  She had her sonogram on Monday. Her and her husband chose to not find out the gender of the baby so they will be surprised in January! The baby is doing very well and the baby?s heart rate was at 139. The baby was moving the entire time and flipped over 3 times during the procedure! The baby is also measuring on the larger size. She was 21 weeks 0 days and the baby measured 21 weeks 4 days. He/she weighs about 1 pound, 2 ounces.

Special Prayer Requests:

Borst-Plotz: She has been having some very bad headaches so her ob wants her to see a neurologist. Please pray that the headaches won?t be bad for the baby and please pray that everything goes well when she sees her neurologist. Also, please pray that everything goes well at her next ultrasound (9/28).

Shotzie: Her next ultrasound is next Tuesday, 9/29. She and her DH hope to find out if the baby?s a boy or a girl. Please pray that the ultrasound goes well and that everything is fine with the baby.

Zanymermaid: She had her D&C on Thursday, September 17. Please pray that she and her DH will find peace, comfort, and healing during this difficult time. Also, she?s been having some very painful cramps. Please pray that her cramps stop soon.

Perry:  Her AF is here ? it?s an official BFN. Please pray for peace and comfort for her during this difficult time. Please pray that she gets her BFP soon! Also, right now she is concerned about being a laboratory TA. It might be harmful to the baby if she works as a laboratory TA before conceiving or during the 2ww. Unfortunately, her school is having a hard time finding a way to work around this requirement without her actually having a confirmed pregnancy. Please pray that her school will understand the importance of health concerns during this time and work out a safe arrangement.

KyleneD:  Her next ob appointment and glucose screening test are on 9/28. Please pray that her appointment goes well and that she passes her glucose screening test!

Diva7633: She started Follistim on 9/14 and went in for an ultrasound on 9/19. She took her trigger shot on 9/19. She found out on Monday that she had follicles 25,20,13,13, and 12 on her right side and 15, 14, 12, and 10 on her left. Her estrogen was 1762. Her doctor said that it was a high chance of multiples for her this month. Please pray that she gets her BFP!

Question of the Day: Are you planning on carving pumpkins this year for Fall/Halloween?

I think my husband and I might go to the pumpkin patch for the first time this year, and then carve our pumpkins!

All ladies TTC ? please pray for continued strength, patience, and understanding as they struggle each cycle. Provide them comfort when AF arrives or they see a BFN on the test stick.
