If you EBF are you taking a prenatal vitamin with a DHA supplement? My OB suggested that I might want to continue to take one (I took it while pg) but my pedi said it's not necessary. Just wondering what others are doing.
I still do. If I stopped my prenatals, I would switch to a women's multi because I've taken vitamins the past 4-5 years. I also continue with the DHA because I was taking Fish Oil prior to getting pregnant.
Just to clarify, I was referring specifically to taking a PNV w/DHA. I absolutely plan to continue to take a PNV--the question is just whether one with DHA or without. For me the issue is cost, as the one with DHA is $40 OOP every month, which I'm happy to pay if needed, but would obviously rather go back to my $4 generic prescription PNV if the DHA is not needed.

I buy the CVS brand One A Day with DHA when they are on sale for buy one, get one. It is only $15 for two months worth of vitamins.
