  I use tap water, but thats because i'm very comfortable with it. Its been voted one of the best in the world and it tastes great

  We keep a Brita on the counter (so filtered tap).

  Warm tap water, mix with powder and make bottles as you need them is the easiest way by far.

  We have a whole house filter so our tap water is filtered. We stay away from Nursery water because our pedi said no added flouride until 6 months.

  You put the lime in the coconut and mix 'em both together.

  Really, though, DH and I bought a PUR filter to attach to our faucet. I think you can get filters with added fluoride, too, but I'm not sure ...
