do you mean the time when hes napping and either im cleaning or cooking? cuz if you mean time where i actually have time to do something I want to do, that doesnt exist.
if Sam is happily wakeful I can usually have 5-10 minutes to myself, like to shower, etc., otherwise I might get 20 minutes in he evening when DH is home, but that's usually filled with chores... soooo never?

Honestly- I don't. I BF and my LO refuses to take bottles so I'm with him pretty much all of the time except for the occasional 1 hr hair or nail appt. I need to work on that.
At bedtime...8 pm-ish although that is usually then spent doing chores and then I have to go to bed early because I have no idea if LO will be waking up and for how long at night.
During DS's naps and on the weekends, if you mean time JUST for myself. DS goes to sleep at 8:30 p.m., so 8:30 until I we go to bed, DH and I hang out.
DH gives me time to work out every night (well, most nights) and Saturday mornings are usually "me" days. I get a pedicure, go shopping or do whatever I feel like for 3 hours.
