I went to a calorie counter for weight maintance and plugged in my pre-pregnancy weight with moderate excercise. It said about 1900. So, if you add 300 to that, it's around 2200. Does that sound right?
No one could possibly answer this for you. I wouldn't trust an online calculator. IMO the best way to tell how much you should be eating is to eat healthy foods when you're hungry, and make sure your weight gain is relatively on track - adjust your diet if it's not.
