  I just up my intake of water and juice, and more fiber works for me.

  Miralax... its cheap, tasteless, and my OB's nurse said its the best one out there.

  This is kinda gross my obgyn told me to swallow 2tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, I know that is enough to make you gag from hearing it. Ive been really constipated too

  thank you now i know where mine is coming from i started taking my zofran this week tooo...im taking colace i just started but dr. said it should help!

  I took Colace and it didn't help, so I had to give myself an enema, I was desperate!!  I'm scared that I'm going to get all stopped again....I'm going to try taking a probiotic every day and some Metamucil.
