Oops...I helped to pull frieght tonight at work...Shouldn't have done that!! I was pulling pallets of doors out of receiving down to the other end of the store with the hand-jacks and I am SOOOOO sore now! My back hurts and my hip is really upset with me. Its a really good thing that I have chiro on Mon afternoon....The guy that told me to help out with frieght appologized on FB already...He saw me walking out tonight and my hip had started acting up so I was walking funny and I guess he felt really bad and realized that I probably overdid the helping thing. (I forgot he was a friend on FB when I put a post about me overdoing it at work tonight..oops!)
I am REALLY hoping that my hip doesn't lock up on me tonight while I'm asleep because I have a full shift tomorrow yet and hubby is leaving early AM for the next week (approx) and won't be around to help me out with rubs or house stuff. Is it bad that he is asleep right next to me and I already miss him??
Re: Ugh...sore from work....(total pity party!)
You shouldn't be overdoing it like that!! ?Take a warm bath and some tylenol and try let your body rest. ?
I hope you feel better!?
lol, I know I shouldn't...I figured one or two pallets of doors to help out, no big deal...about 4 or 5 pallets pulled for me and a BUNCH more for the faster moving people and we were done so I should've stopped myself...I'm a bad pg lady...
A bath sounds amazing but I'd never get myself back out of the tub without help and hubby is already asleep and has to be to the armory at 7am to head out for his training...Maybe when he gets home I'll indulge..til then a shower in the morning and chiro on mon! (Soooo looking forward to seeing my chiro!!) Didn't think about the tylenol! I must say I love you for that idea! I am such a weirdo I swear....I never remember to take pain meds when I am in pain! Does anyone else have that problem?? (This is not pg brain, this is just me...Always has been)
i'm a server so i totally feel you. I really shouldnt be lifting those trays or anything. Last week i worked my first double shift in a long time and went home crying. not a good idea to be running around and lifting for 10 hours.
take it easy! and a bath would be a great idea... i think i'll take one too now :]
