It's called
Creative Play for your Baby by Christopher Clouder and Janni Nicol.
It's labeled under "steiner waldorf" but it's toy projects for 3months - 2 years. If you remove the waldorf label (it doesn't appeal to everyone) then what you are left with are simple projects that result in great natural toys for your children to play with.
A couple require power tools, but most of them are simple enough that you could do them in an hour or two. (not the knitting one, unless you're a knitter)
I picked it up from the library and I'm considering purchasing it to have on hand as Bunny grows.
