NBR: Comcast Rant

I'm wondering how many dealings I'm going to have to have with them.  I cannot count the number of problems I have had with them and my blood pressure is not happy with their lack of customer service or follow-through!

  • And another thing!  If they would spend half the time they spend saying things like "I sincerely appreciate your being so patient," and "I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced while dealing with our company" via their stupid CHAT system as they did actually FIXING the problems, I wouldn't have such enormous beef with them!

  • We have had so many problems with Direct TV! I feel ya. It is so frustrating dealing with companies like that. You get thrown from person to person who doesn't know what they are talking about.
  • I have had some major problems with Comcast too.  They made me cry one time and the lady was such a witch about it.  She told me she couldn't do something and when I told her to note on my ex-account that I would never use Comcast again and I would tell everyone of my friends how horrible they were she really changed her tune and went back and did what she said she couldn't do for me!
  • customer service sucks these days. the only time you can get good service is if you tell them you want to cancel. then they kiss your @ss. we have dish network and we were fed up, so we called to cancel. they offered us free movie channels for 3 months and free HD. 
  • We have had the WORST time with Comcast.  They had our bill wrong for 3 months, never sent our promised Amazon gift card for signing up, gave us the wrong DVR box, etc. etc. etc.

     Everytime we call in, it's an argument and nothing gets accomplished.  The only time we've seen results was when we wrote a letter to the Attorney General for a big issues we were having.  Really they should work on their customer service...
