Problem with registry..... Babies R Us and Target...

My department just informed me that something is wrong with the registry.  Items they purchased was not being taken off.

    Same problem w/BRU. I have to call about it today. Even when I bought something off my own registry it didn't get taken off and I KNOW I let them scan it and everything. I am finding this is even a bigger problem with returns w/out paperwork. If it is on your registry it isn't supposed to be a problem but whatever issue this is keeps them from getting in to your registry. Also, you're supposed to get a credit or coupon depending on the amount of stuff purchased off your registry. If nothing disappears it screws that up to.

    Let me know what you find out.

    If you know what items are already purchased on the BRU registry you can go online and change it yourself.

    I can't even go online and change/update them myself on BRU.  I e-mailed BRU a few days ago about this issue.  Of course, all they say is that the tech department is looking into the problem.

    Yup, I also have updated my BRU registry online and it appears to be working just fine.  GL
