Question about grey's....

i just got caught up in it last season and am a little confused on the finale...

did george die or do we not know?

did lizzie die??

remind me how it ended and please dont say to watch it right now b/c my husband is making us watch the snl show and won't let me watch it!

    George-- we dont' know. It was good! You have to watch season premiere .....so hope you have DVR!!!

    And Izzie didn't die either--she had the surgery and she lost all of her short term memory. But, now I can't remember if she got it back before the episode ended.

    The cliff hanger makes it so it seems both George and Izzie on the elevator (aka death) but in the sneak peaks we see Izzie (and there have been stories about her taking five weeks off the show this year for a movie) so we know that she lives. George dies because the actor left the show.  Hope that answers it well enough.

    We don't know yet...but you can actually watch a preview of the season premiere online...prepare for the suspense to last a whole week.

    for some reason i thought george crashed before the show ended and so did lizzie, but i guess not!! :)

     no dvr :(  maybe i'll go in the bedroom and watch it!

    George dies. Izzie lives but her marriage is strained as it was a marriage under duress. Yes both she and george crashed right before the end. Yes she remembered something right before she crashed. She remembered the fight she had with her husband. Then she crashed. And george was waiting outside the elevator, but the doors closed before she got off the elevator (taking her back)
