Is there a weight limit or age that you are "recommended" that its ok not to wake them to feed them at least every 4 hours?

I've heard that you can stop waking them up to feed when they get back to their birth weight.

Once your lo has reached birth weight again there is no reason to wake them for feedings.

Dh and I never woke dd for feedings.

Most pedis will tell you 2 weeks but you might call yours just in case.

Once they are gaining weight and have reached their birth weight.

at my 2 week appt when ds weighed more than his birth weight the pedi told me not to wake him to feed at night.
