I need to start supplementing with formula. About 1 bottle a day that care giver will give DD while I'm at work. I am totally clueless when it comes to preparing and storing formula. I there any websites that have good guidelines for this? Like how long can she leave the bottle out once it's made? How long does it stay good for in the fridge etc.
TIA
Re: Formula storage guidelines?
If you only need one bottle a day I would just have her mix it right before the feeding. We supplement a bottle or 2 on most days. (Today we didn't need any!! Woo hoo!!)
We just mix it as needed and toss it if he doesn't finish it or if it sits for an hour.
