Low progestrone & low hcg?

in 1st Trimester

I just found out the my progestrone is low and I have low hcg numbers.....

Anyone else dealing with this as well???I am scared that I may be losing it, don't have my sonogram till Tuesday! 

I am now on Prometrium and Baby Aspririn!! But I will do whatever it takes to keep this little one a sticky one!!

    I have low progesterone (11.8) and my hcg numbers are low compared to some of the numbers posted around here...I'm on prometrium as well and hoping for the best, since worrying about it won't do any good.

    The good thing about low levels is no morning sickness! Smile I hope your u/s goes well.

    I didn't know about the no morning sickness ?? WOW that would be nice but I would love to feel pregnant esp after 2 mc!!

    That's what I've heard...that the higher the level of hcg, the stronger m/s you have.  I'm going with it, since I've never really had any with my two girls.  Smile

    I know what you mean though, about wanting to feel pg...it certainly is reassuring.

    totally lurking! but I also had this problem Keep your chin up. I would have not found out this if my labs were not drawn due to a car accident I was in while prego. So.. everything happens for a reason! Wink

    I have had this issue in prior pregnancies, and lost two because of the progesterone deficiency. With my last pregnancy and this one as well I went in for bloodwork as soon as I had a BFP. Early detection is so important! This time around my doc's receptionist tried to blow me off because it's not standard practice to come in for bloodwork immediately, but I called the nurses and insisted on immediate bloodwork. They work for you, so don't take no for an answer! Prometrium is what finally did the trick for me.
