Anyone whose LO had eye surgery

My DD is having strabismus surgery next week and wanted to know how your LO did.  She won't have any incision on her face but I worry she will be itching her eyes or that she will be miserable.  Any info would be appreciated.  TIA

    My first DD had eye surgery but for something else. I can tell you with her that put braces on her arms so that should could not bend them and mess with her face (but she had open stiches). I am not going to lie... it will probably be a rough few days. Ask before hand about any concerns you have so that you aren't worrying about it once you get home.
