Too Early for Lightning Crotch?

This weekend I started feeling pains in my Vag / Butt area...it felt like something was shooting down against them, from inside. Nothing awful but enough to stop and say, "Woah!"

Anyone else, around my due date experiencing this yet?

Yep. I have had them for a few weeks now actually. I described it to my OB and he just laughed at me. He said "lightning huh? - good description"... LOL

He said it's just RLP pain.

I experienced something like this over labor day weekend...so I was just 16 weeks. ?I don't know if it was "lightening crotch," but it def. wasn't pleasant

I've been having them since 13 weeks. I get lightning boobs/nipples too. Fun times!

I had those shooting pains in the vag/butt area when I got PMS before getting pg. I wonder if that was still RLP and why I would get it at that time.

I had those around that time too....I looked it up and it is the small tendons that hold your uterus in place called the round tendons. They are stretching and moving the uterus... not fun i know!
