Does anyone else's laundry room smell like P?

Whenever we wash our CDs (every other day) my laundry room smells like urine.  We use Country Save detergent and vinegar, and this is our wash routine:

cold prewash

sanitary cycle w/extra hot water and extra rinse

I wonder if it's because our laundry is done in the basement and there's not as much air circulation...?  Any advice for the wash routine or anything we can do about the stink?

    I don't know what to say about the smell other than air circulation when it drains. Mine doesn't do that. I've read that you shouldn't use the sanitary cycle all the time for CDs b/c it breaks down the fabric quicker and they don't last as long. I'd just do a regular hot wash all the time and then maybe once or twice a month do the sanitary cycle.

    Thanks, that's good to know.  We just started doing the sanitary cycle and probably won't do it all that often.
