I really like it. It does sound a little masculine but I tend to like boy names on girls like "Ryan" etc.

I believe its Wesley not Westley Snipes.

All i can see in the name is the word sleigh, so it throws me off.

WOW, some people are HARSH!!! Hope you aren't having a sensitive day today! Just a simple NMS would do just fine. BTW, NMS - however all names that end in -leigh are NMS. Good luck - finding a name to agree on is hard sometimes.

Considering I read it in my head as "Weasley" as in Ron's last name, it's a no for me. What about Leslie, it rhymes with Wesley...just a thought.

This seems so basic, I can't believe I have to explain it, but.....look, if someone doesn't want honesty, she is perfectly free to keep her name choices to herself.

Everyone IRL will be thinking the same thing about her daughter's name as we are - wouldn't someone rather hear the brutal truth now? It's an awful name for a girl, and a truly egregious spelling.

It truly is an "egregious" spelling, as pp said.

Completely NMS. It makes me think of the (male) lead in The Princess Bride. If a student walked into my classroom with that name, I would automatically think her parents were twits. I'm sorry.
