How do you relax and calm down before bed time?

Sleepy time tea?  Tylenol PM?  Reading?  Gimme your suggestions!  I'm so wound up tonight because of my appt. tomorrow morning I need some help getting to sleep.

  • I have to have a movie on tv to fall asleep. I have so much stress and stuff going on other than the baby, I just can't turn my mind off to fall asleep. So, that's what I do! Friends DVD's are the best for me!

  • Sometimes I read.  Other times it helps to listen to the radio really low.

  • I usually read before bed, but not fiction.  Fiction tends to make me want to keep on readingSmile
