AM vs PM test?

I'm slightly curious, and really don't want to wait until morning. Would POAS matter so much as to change a result between now and in the morning?

I'm sorry if you ladies are tired of this question! I'm just curious, and want to get it over with :)

    You can pee on anything you'd like anytime you'd like. The reason for the FMU in HPT directions is for the most concentration of the hormone in your system.

    A day can make a difference in your result, as can the FMU vs late afternoon.

    Up to you, just know the results may not be very accurate if you POAS because you are slightly curious.

    In the morning HcG is more concentrated in the urine. It's possible for the test to be positive now but the results will be more accurate if you wait until morning. You don't want to be dissapointed if you get a false neg. because you didn't wait.

    I know I'm not the only person who has POAS sometime after in the morning. That's what we get for not being "smart". Confused

    It's not easy to wait!! We all know that. Buy dollar store cheapies if you need to POAS that way you aren't wasting $

    Umm... I said the same thing.

    I know, I just couldn't quote you both. And the reason I asked was because my instructions said FMU was "recommended but not required". Thanks, though, ladies.

    If you can't wait until morning to take a test then you can hold your urine for 4 hours and DON"T drink anything in that 4 hours.

    I honestly don't even know where to begin counting from. My Rx for my BC ended just almost two months ago, and I've been waiting for my appointment with my OB that long (I had a hard time finding a new one since we moved from my OBGYN). In that time I've had two AF's 3 weeks apart, then had to take a Plan B about two weeks ago? But I had some bleeding 3 days after that (nothing like my normal AF), so I figured I would just test once a week until something happens one way or the other. I'm not freaked out, and it's not a huge deal, I was just trying. That's why I just wanted to POAS today and get it over with. I didn't want to wait until tomorrow and drag it on haha I took the Plan B, which should've done what it's intended to do, but my bleeding wasn't like it usually was, and I'm constantly lightheaded. And I've been crampy, which was the only symptom I had before I found out I was pregnant with my first DD, but I just assumed it was a sign of AF.
