I was out of town while AF came so I figured no big deal I will start temping when I get back. I totally forgot about it yesterday, so I MADE SURE to take it this morning. Well I woke up 10 mins before my alarm, so I went ahead and took it. Then, I couldn't get it to stop beeping and it woke DH up. (He wasn't very happy about this) Then I go to look at the temp and it was in Celcius! UGH! I found a converter online and it says 102 F...something is wrong......guess I will start again tomorrrow!
Re: Not a good start to charting....
Well I haven't even started charting yet...I'm waiting to test and if I get a neg. result then I will go out and buy a basal therm.
Does anybody here use a regular therm?! Does it make a huge diff?
anyway...I used to chart a couple of years back (to prevent pregnancy) and I didn't have a therm that kept the temp in memory and it was a pain! So I went out and got one that does...so much easier!!!
Not sure what kind of BBT you have but I thought the recall was broken on mine as well. Then I discovered that when you turn it on, if you hold the button down, the saved temp will display. Maybe try that?
I will try it, thanks! It's from Wal-Mart, I forget the brand.
