  • We did Berry Patch Farms last year and it was awesome!  Will definitely be going back this year.  It's in Woodstock...

  • We went to Burt's last year and it was really nice...and such a beautiful drive if you take Hwy 9 (instead of 400 all the way)!

  • This is not for pumpkins but for another fun fall trip....  last October we drove up north to Ellijay, GA.  It is the apple capital of GA and there are about 7-8 apple orchards.  I can't remember the name of the one we ended up at but we got to pick our own apples, and there was a petting zoo for kids.  Very fun.  If you google it, I'm sure you'll get names of places to go.  I think it was about an hour drive from Atlanta.
  • We go to Burts...well the past 2 years, but we also go up to North Georgia for a weekend and stop in on a weekday later in the day, so its not crowded like the weekends.  I am going to try Berry Patch Farms this year as well and we will do some hayride stuff at the Orchards up in North Ga  when on our trip.
  • depends where you are. we're out towards athens. there is a farm in loganville and one in watkinsville. washingtonfarms.net i think is the website.
