TTC After a Loss

If your cycle length has varied...please come in

Before miscarriage in May my cycles were like clockwork - every 28 days.  My first three cycles after miscarriage were all 27 days until last month - I O'd on cd 16 and my cycle was 30 days.  Just trying to get an idea of what to expect this month since I have to go out of town and dh can't come.  If your cycle length has ever changed - did it go right back to how it was before or continue to be different...thanks!

  • I always had very regular cycles, even after I had dd via c-section. Mine were always 28-30 dc. NEVER earlier NEVER later. After the d&c my cycles have been everywhere from 24-32dc...and this cycle looks like it was a 36-38dc.

  • My cycles have always been 30 days up until this April when my cycle was 36 days. My next cycle was 33 days, and then I got my BFP. I really have no clue how long cycles may affect fertility, but would like to know what others think about it.

A 30 day cycle is still very normal. Were you stressed out or taking a new medication??? So many things can cause your AF to show up a little late. If it continues to happen, and it concerns you, I would see your doc to find out if there a reason for it.

  • One month my cycle is 27 days..  The next month it is 31 days..  The dr said it is normal for your cycles to be off (in my case becuase I am getting older)..

  • My cycle lengths varied greatly for about 6 months after m/c. Now they are consistantly around 35 days...

  • My cycles have always varied.  It's annoying.  What I wouldn't give for a nice, reliable, 28 day cycle, man.
