I only just started feeling hiccups maybe a week ago... At first I had no idea what they were, and explained it to my MIL, and (jokingly) she smacked me upside the head and said "Hiccups, duh".
I can feel them. I actually got to "hear" them at my last appt, LO was hicupping while my OB listened on the doppler, and she informed me thats why it was sounding funny. I feel them once every few days or so if I'm paying attention.
Re: Does everyone get to feel hiccups?
Oh! okay! I've been loving the movements that I get lately....so I thought I would easily feel the hiccups.

DD constantly had the hiccups. Even when she was a newborn. She came out with hiccups.
I haven't felt a single one this time.
So my guess is no, not everyone gets them or feels them.
