Woke up with HORRIBLE pain!

I was woken up this morning by a horible pain in my belly. I thought, "well, maybe I have to pee" so I went and it still hurt, sort of like cramping from waiting too long to pee, but with a pain higher in my stomach, in the middle and about 3 inches below my boobs. I haven't felt that before and have no idea what it was. I ate a little something and layed down and eventually fell asleep. So, I don't know if it was because I wan hungry, had waited too long to pee (bc of being asleep) or just one of the many pregnancy things I have to look forward too. Blah.

    I woke up at 4am with a horrible pain in my lower abdomen!  I thought it was also because I had to pee, but it didn't help!  I eventually fell asleep as well and it is gone now.  I think it's just a "pregnancy thing" :)

    I had that happen the only night I slept the whole night through since becoming pregnant... I think it was because I held the pee too long... but I too laid down and fell asleep... when I woke up, no pain. So I think you'll be okay.
