Sear each side in a frying pan and then bake them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, (depending on the thickness). They will be super juicy.
I used the Giada from food network tv, recipe the other night and it turned out super easy and fantastic.
As per above, I modified the recipe by throwing it in the oven. And then I took the meat out of the pan to let it rest and used the drippings to saute some mushrooms. It turned out awesome! The lemon does really add a little something unexpected and good to it.
Oh my gosh....OKAY...seriously, listen up pork chop haters...THIS is the BEEEEEEST recipe EVER. Seriously. Even if you hate pork chops and/or you hate mustard. I'm not kidding. It is SO SO SO SO SO SO GOOD.
Try it!! Please!!
Anyone who wants to come over to my house sometime, I'll make it for you then and convince you that way. Seriously...it's AWESOME.
hmmmmm. I just realized that one of my favorite meals involves my mom's porkchops. Guess what though, I never actually eat the porkchops. Just the yummy sage stuffing she makes with it. Stuffing. Yum!
Anyway, I tried a rachael ray recipe and it was decent. I'll have to search for it. I think it involved porkchops and a yummy creamy gravy. I think the gravy made it better.
Re: I f-ing hate pork chops.
I kinda hate them too
But when they are covered with sauerkraut and A-1 sauce, I love them. how gross is that?
I love it when DH cooks them in a pan on the stove and I have Hot Pepper Jelly with them. MMMMMM
He also does the shake and bake style.
Pork is awesome with Hot Pepper Jelly, you can find it at more grocery stores. Or in my pantry.
No recipe, just what I did when I didn't like them as a kid. I used to dip my pieces in applesauce as I ate them. Just like chasing spinach w/ milk
OOh.. tiki t posted a recipe the other day from Giada's foodnetwork....
looks gooood!
I usually do this!! DH rolls his eyes and tells me to stop acting like a 5 year old.
The burning/take-out idea is a good one...
I take my pork chops and dip them in mustard and flour on both sides.
Then pan fry them so the outside get crunchy. Then I add a can of chicken and rice soup with one can of water and let them cook until done.

I have this recipes on my blog. I cooked the chops a little longer than advised because I like crunchy outsides.
