fingers in my mouth...what is this behavior?

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months
i'm wondering if this is seperation anxiety manifesting..he's 9 mo old and lately just has to have his fingers in my mouth to fall asleep...

    his fingers in your mouth?? that is a first! I have no clue what that could be about.  DD is 9 months also, but she doesn't exhibit anything like this. She likes to scratch my face and stick her fingers up my nose or in my mouth, so I'll say "ouch".. makes her laugh everytime.

    yeah, strange right? his fingers have to find my mouth and i have to keep them in my mouth for him to fall asleep...really weird. i dont know why it comforts him.

    I would have thought that you were crazy (kidding) if E hadn't been doing this for the last 5 days.  I have NO idea why!  She likes to hook her fingers behind my front bottom teeth.  If you find anything out, please let me know.
