I eat healthy for meals and snacks throughout the day. But with my previous pg, I could not stay away from ice cream. I could have a bowl of ice cream every night. Is this terrible? I never gained a lot of weight, the normal amount.
Did you crave and eat anything that really wasn't the best for you? I know moderation is key. So how do you limit yourself when pg and you want something?

I was so sick that I ate anything I could get down or keep down
Healthy is best, but I think it's fine to have your indulgence, too!
I definitely eat better when I'm not pregnant, but I'm not eating like crazy every day.
I definitely give into my ice cream cravings every once in a while and I really crave pasta and bread so I eat more of that than normal (especially after teaching my fitness classes).
I had very normal weight gain last time and this one seems to be going the same way.
