In about a week, we would like to take DC out for an evening walk. I am afraid about exposing her to mosquitoes and other bugs. What would you suggest? Some sort of stroller netting or bug spray for babies?
My sister bought us that new fan by "OFF" that you clip on to yourself. We keep it on one of us and DS is close enough that they stay away from him too.
We have a protective cover that fits over her car seat, I forget what it is called but my mom got it for us at babies r us. There are a lot of mosquitoes where we live, so it was helpful to have when we took DD for walks or to other outdoor events this summer.
We received a "Sun and Bug Cover" for LO's car seat as a gift. It was purchased at walmart. It is awesome!! It is netting that also has another layer that you can choose to put over it to shield from the sun.
We took DD camping with us when she was a month old. The Pedi said not to use insect repellant until she's 2 months. We just used some netting or kept her in the tent for her naps.
Re: Suggestion for protecting infant from bugs
Christmas PJ's!
There are tons of mosquitos where we live and I got this:
UppaBaby Bubble
It fits my Graco Snugride and I love it! So easy!
