home sick-medicines?

I'm home sick with a cold today. Yuck. How lovely of people at my work to share this with me.

What did your Dr. tell you that you can take besides Tylenol and Vicks vapo rub?

And...someones dog won't stop whining and crying that it is left outside and i can't even sleep. URGH.

    benadryl is on my safe list as is saline nose spray.

    I ran out to my car to get the approved list my doc gave me. For cold it says Tylenol Cold, and warm salt water gargles. There is a whole other list for cough including Robitussin DM, Vicks Cough Syrup. The list for congestion includes Sudafed, Vicks Vapor Rub, Claritin and using a humidifier. Hope this helps!
