What do you put on LO's pasta?

Plain tomato sauce? Olive oil? We use Prego- can he have that? I didn't know if there was too much in that for his tummy.

    We tried pastina last night for the first time, he wouldn't eat it by itself, so I mixed it into carrots (only thing I had on hand that he's already had). He ate it. Sounds gross to me, but whatever. The only thing about sauce is the acidity of the tomatoes but if he's already had tomato stuff I can't imagine there would be a problem.

    I put plain tomato sauce on it, but he didn't really like it, and this is a kid who will eat anything! So I just give it to him plain. I bet he would love some mac&cheese. I might try that. I also thought about putting some carrots in with it, we have the gerber organic carrots and they are really wattery and sweet so thought I'd try that but have not yet. But I'm sure any sauce would be fine.

    I didn't think about putting cheese on it too. I'll try the carrots too!
