Car seat - booster seat

I'm sure this gets asked a lot - but the search function is not working....

I need a car seat or booster seat for my MIL's car.  DS is 3.5yrs old -

30# and 41" tall. 

We have a Britax convertible car seat in our car, but I really don't want to spend another $300 for her to use a handful of times a month.  Of course, I want him to be safe. 

any recommendations?  Thank you!

    Graco Nautilus - $130 give or take.  It is a 5pt harness up to 100 pounds and can be converted to a high back booster and then a regular booster.

    Without sounding like a commercial, it will be the last car seat you'll need to buy. I love ours.

    Graco nautilus. The 5 pt harness only goes to 65 lbs, not 100, but it is a booster to 100 lbs. Your child is too young for a regular booster that does not use a harness.
