So...... now the show has ended up being a pregnancy special and there are a ton of pregnant women in the audience. Cannot believe that evil woman doctor said that pain kills women in front of a pregnant audience.

Ok like a trainwreck I must find this show and watch it!
Maybe the anger that will ensue will motivate me to finish my work for the day-or to go on a walk!
I did see another episode where she was preaching elective cesarean as a valid option for women - she was saying that choice in childbirth is important so that was her example. She is NOT allowed to pull the choice in childbirth card if she is going to pull shiit out of her ass about how drug free births or out of hospital births are not safe.
LOL. I don't watch Baby Story, but this show has a bunch of doctors who sit around debating issues and answering questions. It's like a daytime talk show about health issues.
You shouldn't watch it. Last week I watched it for the first time since like highschool and it was terrible. Made me realize why childbirth seemed so terrifying for so many years. I've heard the C section rate on the show is like 80% . . .
I've heard that she said "it just looks better circumcised"
whatever happened to evidence based practice? If a doctor wants to say that circumcision is medically better, fine, but support it with legitimate claims, not "it looks better." With that comment, she is condoning any kind of cosmetic surgery on infants/children, in my opinion.
She doesn't need to because she is a doctor!!! She went to medical school and you didn't, so obviously she knows MUCH more than you ever could!
