NBR: Stranger kissing my dog

My dog loooves to lick people on the mouth. I don't let her do it to me, but DH does.  She tries to do it to strangers too and I try to stop her - usually they stand up, so she can't reach them.  This weekend, some lady just let my dog kiss her all over the face/mouth and it TOTALLY grossed me out. Anyone else ever have this happen? It just seem so inappropriate to me.

    <----ashamedly admits that I let dogs lick my face, but I draw the line at mouth licking.  Not even my dogs get to do that.

    In fact, my husband barely gets to do that.

    Eww. The only thing is I would be more grossed out for your dog.  You don't know where that woman's face has been.

    I let her lick my face, but not my mouth. And I don't have a problem with anyone letting their own dog's lick their mouth. I was just really weirded out by someone else letting my dog lick their mouth.

     Maybe that's why it grossed me out so much.  I felt like someone was kissing my child. Because my puppy is my child.

    exactly... I often tell strange dogs that I love them too.  Ditto the DH thing too.  lately it makes me gag.  sorry DH.
