when do you count the 'first tooth'

sounds Silly....sorry typing with one hand....

do you say 7m and first tooth--- at the first sign of it breaking through the skin????

we have one breaking through since friday

I counted it as soon as it broke through the skin. Yay for 1st tooth!

Ditto the others, breaking skin.

Although w/ the first tooth I didn't even know when it happened -- I was just curious what was going on in his mouth and stuck my finger in one day and there it was! I didn't even realize he was teething.
