Alright, I'll ask....look at my chart please?

I always tell myself I don't want to bother anyone, but I'm curious what you all think about this chart. It's our first full cycle off BCP so I'm not expecting a lot...and yes I caved super early and unnecessarily tested early. lol

    It's still looking okay--especially with the temp. rise this morning.  Hold out a few more days if AF doesn't show up and test again.  GL!

    Good news is by the temps it looks like you O, off BCP that can be a challenge.  Bad news is that's it, you tested to early (like you said) and now you have to wait it out.

    I agree, it looks good.  I'm also at 10dpo and sooo want to test.  I'll probably hold out until Tuesday.  GL!

    is it necessary to temp or can you just chart CM and that kind of stuff?

    Do you mean in general, or in reference to my chart? In general, you can just chart CM but it's always better to have more than one set of data to work with. And in my case, I haven't experienced really great CM that I feel would be good enough to count on by itself, so I chart CM and BBT.
