NTCR: Recommend your mattress please

We are finally getting grown up furniture.  I'm a little overwhelmed with all the mattress choices.  Any recommendations?

  • I don't know if they have them where you live or not, but we've used The Original Mattress Factory for years and year and years. We LOVE them!
  • we just got a new mattress. It was ridiculously expensive, but with  my back and hip problems, we decided it was necessary.

We got a "sleep to live" mattress, by sleepys. It's amazing. His side is "green" and my side is "blue".

  • I love our Tempur-pedic  mattress.  It takes a couple of nights to get used to, but no more back problems.

  • Look into the Westin Heavenly Bed. We just got it and it's amazing.

It's the mattress the Westin and W Hotels use, so you can stay a night our two in a hotel for "research". We got the mattress through the W Hotel site, which was cheaper than the Westin site. Same bed.

    Again, it's awesome!
