Not that I'm confident that I'll ever even get one...but once you get a positive OPK, how often do you hs*? Most of you do it every day until the temp rise? Or every 36hrs? This is assuming my hub's count is fine.

*My newly coined abbreviation for "have sex", because I refuse to use BD.

And yes, HAVE SEX as much as you want unless your DH has sperm count issues.

Everyone's so big into the freaking abbreviations on here. And I doubt I'm the only one that thinks BD needs a replacement. It's the most ridiculous term ever.

Wait, what? I don't understand. I didn't want to hear any particular answer. Just looking for advice on what is most recommended once you get a positive. Pretty sure that no doctor would recommend multiple times a day since it takes around 24 hours for most men to produce a healthy, um, 'load', right?

I made the mistake of trying to be "cute" about the terminology and people chose to respond to that and ignore the question itself. My mistake indeed.

No hostility. I am used to getting kind and helpful answers on this board.

Seriously, just have sex! Every doctor is going to give you different advice. If you you want what a doctor recomends call yours and not a board full of internet stragers that may or may not be doctors.

the only reason you shouldnt HAVE SEX is if you H's sperm count is low. otherwise go at it like rabbits.
