Hi all!
Does anyone have any suggestions in the metro area for a good used maternity store? I start teaching again next week and probably won't be back at work long. Hate to spend a ton on new clothes when it may only be for a short time.
Thanks!
Holly
Re: Where to get good used maternity clothes?
The Ann Arbor Once Upon a Child has used maternity clothes though I've never been there so I can't say for sure.
This sounds crazy but I have found maternity clothes from Motherhood, A Pea in the Pod, etc. at the Salvation Army with tags still on it. Some people just give it away without ever using it.
OLD NAVY AND MOTHERHOOD BRANDS
3 pairs of khaki Capri?s Green, Lt. Khaki, and Dark khaki.
1 White skirt
1 Pink skirt
1 Beige skirt
And 2 Tank tops with the Bra inside
I wore these on causal Friday at work (work at a school too)
Very cute Size Small, email if interested MHWCheer @ Hotmail.com
Clean non-smoking home.
The sprouting tots kids resale shop in Clawson has a small rack of maternity clothes. She has pretty good prices on everything else so I'm sure they're reasonably priced.
IMO if you go to Target and Old Navy and shop the clearance racks you can get better deals than buying at resale shops. You can always save the clothes for your next pregnancy:)I bought a few tops at Salvation Army. The had a great selection of jeans but I wasn't in the mood that day to try them on.
